Viewing Trips

There is no substitute for personally viewing the overseas properties and the area and we would suggest booking a viewing trip. Our trips are not arranged for large parties but for each individual couple or person.

In the past, A.G.S. have heavily subsidised viewing trips for our clients. The feedback we have had from some of our clients is that they feel a little ‘under pressure’ as AGS has subsidised their trip. This is obviously not the case as here at A.G.S. we don’t under any circumstances put any of our clients under pressure to buy. In view of this A.G.S has decided to offer our clients a little thank you for there commitment.

If after your visit you decide to purchase a property through A.G.S. we will as a ‘thank you’ refund €500 towards your expenses for your trip, once the property contracts have been signed and deposits paid.

You would need to allow up to 4 days, 3 nights to make the most of what we have to show you in your price range and to see the area for yourself (or you could make it part of a short holiday). We can then explain in more detail about the costs, annual costs and the legal formalities etc. of purchasing a property in the country of your choice.

Firstly complete our viewing trip request form with the intended dates that you would want to travel before you book your ticket and we will ensure that your accommodation is available should you wish us to do so.

It is also a good idea to add properties to your "short list" from our property search before completing the viewing trip request, your short list properties will then be included with your request and we can arrange viewings for these properties prior to you arriving.

You will need to arrange your own flights and then A. G. S. Properties will book your accommodation which we can get at discounted rates for our clients.

We will collect you from the airport, escort you to your accommodation and collect you for property viewings and at the end of your trip with us we will ensure that you are at the airport in time for your return journey home.

During the time you spend with us we will do our best to find a property that suits your needs. We will map out a programme according to your budget and you will be shown around the surrounding areas. Although we often take lunch or coffee with you, we leave you free in the evenings to mingle and to enjoy a quiet evening soaking up the atmosphere of the country.
